Nestled in the Sierra Foothills in Northern Ca. are the communities of Loma Rica, Browns Valley, Oregon House , Dobbins, Rackerby and Brownsville among others.  Rich in early California history dating back to the gold rush we are located below the snow and above the fog  2 1/2 Hrs. from the bay area,  1 1/2 Hr. from Sacramento Airport,  2 Hrs. to Tahoe and Reno.  Just above Yuba City/Marrysville.  Tall pines, blue sky and no rush hour!
